Jocelyn Rozé

PhD students

Jocelyn Rozé received his Engineer degree from EFREI (Ecole Francaise d’Electronique et d’Informatique, France) in 2003, and followed the Master course in acoustics from the University of Aix-Marseille II. He is currently a PhD student at CNRS-LMA (Laboratoire de Mécanique et d’Acoustique), studying the influence of cellist’s postural movements on their musical expressivity. This work should allow to better understand the musical significance of cellist’s ancillary gestures.
