Industrial Sounds
Industrial sounds often refer to annoyance. Nevertheless, these sounds may content valuable information to be highlighted: is the car door well closed? Does the engine run well? Understanding the “sense” of industrial sounds become then a genuine challenge. Moreover, new technologies bring to the market products that make very few sound (electrical car, mobile technologies, …), calling for a reconsideration of industrial sounds.
